The strip diffuser is the most high-performance membrane aeration system with ultra-fine perforation. It is designed to operate within a broad blown air flow rate range, making it perfect for use with oxygen control systems to optimise consumption, and in seasonal plants with significant load variability. Strip diffusers require less installation time. They can be fitted directly to the bottom of the tank, preventing the formation of deposits and anoxic zones, or on removable frames to allow maintenance to be performed without emptying the tanks. The modular structure means strips of varying lengths can be assembled.
Air can be supplied via a manifold or via throttled lines to facilitate maintenance management. The polyurethane membrane is long-lasting and can be replaced as required without affecting the diffuser structure.
