The ARS series aerators offer a flexible and versatile solution for aeration and mixing in aerobic fermentation reservoirs.
These machines stand out from other similar systems thanks to their excellent oxygen transfer efficiency and impressive mixing capacity. This is due to the fact that, by working on the bottom of the reservoir, they enable total aeration of the liquid, thus preventing the formation of dead zones. The positioning of the electric motor outside the reservoir combined with the fully stainless steel hydraulic unit, make the AISI 316 aerator suitable for use in clean water reservoirs or specific sectors such as food or pharmaceuticals. When installing, the mounting plate must be placed at the bottom of the reservoir and fitted with a food-safe seal made from suitable material.
