Dairy processing wastewater treatment.
The project concerns the aeration system renovation at the bottom of the biological oxidation tank in a dairy plant.

Solution:
AIREX range diffusers (option with silicone membrane) and Mx-gi range submersible mixer.
The disc diffuser provides increased oxygen transfer, offering the highest yield in terms of transferred O2. In addition, silicone reduces membrane clogging and saves maintenance costs. A submersible mixer was installed to ensure effective mixing, spread oxygen, and prevent sludge sedimentation.
